A few people keep asking me, "What is Skillet?", "Why is Sound Speed hip to it?". Well, in short, Skillet is about local food, cooked exceptionally well. For a more detailed look at Skillet, I recommend their interview on KUOW here (43:30 in the audio) - its the best summary I could find.

Skillet, a gourmet mobile food joint, has recently chosen our shop as their new Fremont location! Every Thursday, they'll be out front from 9am-2pm serving breakfast and lunch. Stop by the store if you're in the area for some tasty treats!

Solar Power Scooter Charging Station! Charge your EVT electric scooter or Romeo electric bike in the back yard with nothing but the sun. We will have these for sale in a few months and hopefully a picture in a couple of days.

Electric vespa Project Started

We've started working on an electric Vespa conversion. An EVT electric hub motor and a custom swingarm later and we're almost there! Now to mount up the controller and batteries and we'll be good to go! We'll be offering this conversion option for all Vespa, Lambretta, Vino, and Stella scooters very soon.
